Lyudmila Sergeevna Flam , Obolenskaya-Flam (nee Chernova ; born 1931 , Riga ) - Russian publicist, lives in the USA . Granddaughter of the writer and lawyer Peter Jacobi , great-great-granddaughter of Academician Boris Jacobi .

In 1944, she and her family ended up in Germany. After World War II, she graduated from a gymnasium in Munich and joined the People's Labor Union .
