Creation History
In the spring of 1980, Hugh Cornwell ended up in Pentonville Prison for possession of heroin. The group had two shows scheduled in the London Rainbow Hall on April 3 and 4 . Management decided not to cancel them, inviting famous musicians and friends of the group to participate. The album was officially released in 1995 at Trojan / Receiver Records. [1] In 2002, the album was re-released by Castle Music Records in a new design. (The previous re-release of 1997 was unsuccessful and unpleasantly surprised many by the absence of the songs “Grip”, “Hanging Around”, “Bear Cage” and “Peaches” in it.)
