Design
The hull of the ship was divided into 10 compartments. The stem was made of forged steel and had the shape of a spiron ; the stem was made of cast steel. The keel , about 32 meters long, was formed from steel sheets with a thickness of 4.8 millimeters . The length of the splices (with the exception of engine compartment spells) was 600 mm. Watertight bulkheads on type ships were brought up to the upper deck. The depth of the hold was 4.1 meters (from keel to the upper deck).

Anchor Devices
Anchor devices consisted of a steam windlass for a chain rope and a crane beam for shifting anchors, 2 stoppers (one from each side), two chain cables of 150 meters long and 2 anchors weighing 380 kilograms (with a rod ), two mooring ropes of length 50 m and one metal tow rope 100 m long.
The destroyers had: one 7-meter whaleboat , a light wooden boom (3.5 meters long), 3.6-meter sailboats. The whaleboat and the booth were placed by hanging on steel sloop beams .
Power plant
The power plant consisted of 2 steam engines (with a capacity of at least 3,000 indicator forces each), 2 boiler rooms, 4 boilers of the Norman system (with a working pressure of 17 atmospheres and a speed of 310 rpm.). The electric lighting of the destroyers of the type was provided by 59 16-candle lamps. The diameter of the combat searchlight was increased from 40 to 60 cm. Steam heating was used on ships (for the first time on Russian destroyers).
Armament
Mine armament consisted of 450-mm torpedo tubes of the 1904 model with a firing sector of 26 ° from the beam to the bow and stern. The initial artillery weapons of the destroyers consisted of 1x75 mm and 5 47 mm guns. Later, instead of 5 47-mm guns, the 2nd 75-mm artillery gun was installed with 160 rounds of ammunition per barrel. The auxiliary weapons of the destroyers were 6 7.62 mm machine guns.
