History
Previously, the village was the center of the Lipovsky Village Council, consisting of 4 settlements. The villages of Ekaterinovka and California and the village of Kisha, which are part of the village council, were abolished, and Lipovka was annexed to the Verkhnetalyzinsky village council [3] .
