Kawasaki (aerospace division)

Kawasaki Heavy Industries Aerospace Company ( Japanese: 川 崎 重工業 航空 宇宙 カ ン パ ニ ー kawasaki ju: ko: kyo: ko: ku: utiu: campaigns ) is the aerospace division of the Kawasaki jukuke KK , which gained independence in 1937 and now produces aircraft, space systems, jet engines, flight simulators, rocket weapons and electronics.

History

The aviation department of the Kawasaki concern was established in 1918 , but in 1937 the production of aircraft, and in 1939 the production of engines, were separated from the concern, having received its own name. During World War II, Kawasaki was the third company in Japan in terms of aircraft production and the fourth in aircraft engines.

Production

The main production of the company was focused on two main plants:

The leading designers of the company were: Takeo Doi, Shin Owada, Izamu Imashi, Shiro Ota.
