Sports career

He started biathlon at age 13. In the 2004-2005 season, he became the world champion among juniors, winning the sprint race, and also took silver in the pursuit and relay. In 2006, he became the bronze medalist of the junior sprint championship. He played for the main team for the first time in the 2005-2006 season , but he has never been among the thirty best in personal races.

He was a participant in the Olympic Games in Turin . Although Legelleck did not achieve special results there, the Turin experience aimed him, in his own words, to achieve the podium at the Vancouver Olympics .

He scored the first cup points at the beginning of the 2007-2008 season , taking 23rd place in the sprint. Since the season season 2008-2009 regularly gets into the β€œpoints”. Legelleck's best result was a victory in a sprint in the Swedish Γ–stersund on December 1, 2012 . The main contenders for the victory missed, and the Canadian fired purely at two firing lines and was 18.1 seconds ahead of Alexis BΓΆf, the closest rival. [1] The athlete himself, according to him, for a long time could not believe in his success. [2] Completed his career in the 2013/2014 season.

Notes

  1. ↑ Jean-Philippe Legelleck sensationally won the sprint
