Lost (season 4)

The fourth season of the American drama television series Lost began on ABC in the US [1] , and on CTV in Canada on January 31, 2008 and ended May 29 of that year . The season continued the story of a group of more than forty people who ended up on a remote island in the South Pacific after a plane crash more than ninety days before the start of the season [2] . Screenwriters Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse stated that the two main themes of the fourth season are “the attitude of the wrecked people to the people from the ship” [3] and “who gets out of the island and why they need to go back” [4] . The survivors came under serious criticism for the third season , but the fourth season was praised for his flash forwards, pace, and new heroes [5] .
