SVOI2000 is a creative association that left the ZAiBi art group in 1999-2000. The participants of SVOI2000 are the organizers of many prominent cultural events and events, as well as the authors and creators of the full-length feature films “ Dust ” and “ Shapito Show ”.

Activities
At the end of the 90s, as part of the countercultural art project “ For Anonymous and Free Art ”, a creative interaction began to take shape between Marina Potapova , Sergey Loban and Dmitry Model . Then the future participants of SVOI2000 work together on ORT in the program “ Up to 16 and older ”.
In 1999, in Moscow, on the traditional May Day march, SVOI2000 organized the passage of the column with absurd slogans [1] . On equally red and white wide banners, the demonstrators carried their services (“Works. Abstracts”, “Non-linear editing. Video filming”, “Chemistry lessons”, etc.). Together with the demonstrators was the Pakawa It Orchestra, performing energetic live music against the backdrop of chanting [2] . A video of this procession was released in 2006 on the Pakava It 'film disc [3] , released together with Pakava It musicians. It was the May Day rally of the SVOI2000 association that became the prototype of the Novosibirsk Monsters regularly held since 2004, which, in turn, laid the foundation for the mass organization of such processions [4] .
In 2001, by the order of the Belarusian newspaper Navinki, the association made the film “ The Case with the Boy ” according to the script of one of the leaders of the Belarusian underground Lesha Chikanos [5] . In the same year, SVOI2000, with the assistance of the Laboratory of Media Culture and Communication of the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University, made a short musical film “ Suck the Banana ”, based on the musical composition of the “ Ship ” group of the same name. The film was released in 2002 on VHS along with the short film “ The Case with the Boy ” as part of the “Other Cinema” series of Carmen Film [6] and on the CD album “ Black Guitars ” of the Ship group [7] .
In 2004, SVOI2000 participated in the production of the play by Peter Mamonov “Mice. Kai Boy and the Snow Queen ”at the Moscow Drama Theater. K. S. Stanislavsky [8] .
In 2005, the association filmed the fantastic drama " Dust " [9] , which subsequently won many prizes, including the first diploma of the jury of Russian film critics at the XXVII Moscow International Film Festival .
In 2009, the “Crowd” art group was formed inside the association, which begins its activities on art sites with the action “Rescue of Hostages” as part of the night of museums [10] .
In 2011, SVOI2000 released the second full-length film “ Big Top Show ” [11] [12] , which received a special jury prize “Silver George” of the 33rd Moscow International Film Festival [13] and a grand prix of the XXth Open Film Festival “Kinoshok” " [14] . Simultaneously with the film SVOI2000, the Internet project of public financing “ Naparapet ” was launched [15] .
