Geography
It is located in the south-eastern part of the Belgorod region, on the left bank of the Oskola River, near the Volochaevka- Valuyki highway, 11 km in a straight line south of the regional center of Volokonovka . The nearest settlements: the village of Pogromets on the opposite, right bank of Oskol; Nearest major: Pyatnitskoye village located upstream of the Oskol River (5.5 km to the north by road).

Economics, infrastructure, resources
Local club. Several streets: Central, Sosnovaya and River. Not far from the village there is a forest with mushroom lands, a spruce and pine forest, behind which the Oskol River flows.
