Biography

Sapar Rubaev was born in the city of Pavlodar in 1919 in a working class family. Kazakh. After graduating from elementary school, he worked on the collective farm. [one]

February 26, 1940 was drafted into the Red Army by the Pavlodar City Military Commissariat of the Kazakh SSR. In June 1941 he was sent to the front. In 1943 he joined the VKP (b) . [one]

On August 22, 1944, Sergeant-Major Sapar Rubaev — the commander of the 76-millimeter cannon of the 232nd separate anti-tank battalion, together with the gun crew, destroyed four firing points and, over and above the Nazi infantry unit, near the village of Mokrei.
