International Confederation of Artists' Unions

The International Confederation of Artists' Unions is a public organization liquidated in 2017 by a decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation [1] .

Content

History

January 1992 - an extraordinary congress of the Union of Artists of the USSR takes a decision on the termination of the Union of Artists of the USSR.

April 1992 - the founding Congress announced the creation of a new organization - the International Confederation of Artists' Unions (ICCA). The Union of Artists, members of the Union of Artists of the USSR (except for the Unions of Artists of the Baltic States) became the founders of the Moscow Art Theater.

The International Confederation of Artists' Unions mainly consisted of the assignees of the Union of Artists of the USSR [2] :

The Association of Public Associations "International Confederation of Artists' Unions" ("MKSH") was formed in 1992, instead of the Union of Artists of the USSR, which ceased its activities. Its founders are the unions of artists that were part of the Union of Artists of the USSR, and declared at the last (VIII) congress its successors: Union of Artists of Azerbaijan , Union of Artists of Armenia, Belarusian Union of Artists, Union of Artists of Georgia, Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic, Union of Artists of the Republic of Moldova, Union of Artists of Russia , Union of Artists of Tajikistan, Union of Artists of Turkmenistan, Creative Union of Artists of Uzbekistan, National Union of Artists of Ukraine , Kiev organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, Moscow Union of Artists , St. Petersburg Union of Artists . The Moscow Art Theater is connected by bilateral relations with the unions of artists of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.

Activities

The existence and successful functioning of the Moscow Art Theater was possible due to the receipt of a significant part of the material and technical potential of the Union of Artists of the USSR (Moscow Central House of Artists, House of Creativity "Senezh", Podolsk Combine of Art Materials and other assets).

Structure and Leadership

The Moscow Art Gallery included the Union of Artists of all 12 CIS countries, the Moscow Union of Artists and the St. Petersburg Union of Artists .

At the time of its liquidation, the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the ICAC was Masut Mahmudovich Fatkulin .

The Board of the Moscow Union of Artists was located in Moscow. Address: st. Krymsky Val, building 10.
