Born March 6, 1913 in the city of Saratov in a working class family. Russian He graduated from 9 classes. He worked as a turner at the Saratov Machine-Building Plant , the Moscow plant " Hammer and Sickle ".
Service in the Red Army before World War II

World War II
At the front - since June 1941 . During the Great Patriotic War, Eremin in battles near Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, in Kharkov , Stalingrad , Rostov-on-Don, in the Crimea , Poland , Romania , Yugoslavia, Bulgaria , Czechoslovakia, Austria , Germany.
The beginning of the war
In March 1942 near Kharkov , he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner for the heroic air battle “7 against 25” as the commander of an air squadron.
Battle of Stalingrad
He took part in the Battle of Stalingrad from beginning to end. Until September 1942 he was commander of a fighter squadron of the 8th Air Army of the Stalingrad Front . Since September 1942 - Deputy Commander of the Fighter Aviation Regiment of the 8th Air Army, a group of "aces." Since November 1942 - commander of the 31st Guards Fighter Aviation Regiment of the 8th Air Army. For participation in the Battle of Stalingrad he was awarded the second Order of the Red Banner and the medal "For the Defense of Stalingrad . "
Yak-1 (1943 — summer 1944)
Boris Nikolaevich Eremin fought on two Yak-1 and Yak-3 fighters personally handed to him, built with the money of the collective farmer Ferapont Golovaty .
In December 1942 , in Saratov , the Yak-1b plane was solemnly handed over to Major Boris Yeryomin, who was at war near Stalingrad . By that time, he already had in his account 7 enemy aircraft, shot down personally and in a group with his comrades, and was awarded two Orders of the Red Banner . On board the plane was the inscription:

On this plane, Eremin reached Stalingrad to the Crimea , won more than one victory in the air, and was never shot down. After the liberation of Sevastopol, the aircraft was transferred to the local history museum of the city of Saratov , at the request of the residents of the city. Since 1991, the only surviving Yak-1b fighter aircraft has been exhibited at the Saratov State Museum of Military Glory , located in Victory Park on Sokolova Hill.
Yak-3 (summer 1944-1945)

- Air Force Commander of the Northern Group of Forces ( 1964-1965 );
- Air Force Flight Safety Chief ( 1965-1975 ).
In 1975, Lieutenant General Aviation Yeryomin resigned.
By presidential decree of May 5, 1990, "for courage and heroism shown in battles with Nazi invaders during the Great Patriotic War," Boris Nikolayevich Eremin was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union with the Order of Lenin and the Golden Star medal (No. 11605).
He lived in the hero city of Moscow , where he died on April 4, 2005, at the 93rd year of his life. The Troekurovsky cemetery was buried in Moscow.
