Sharya district

Sharya district is an administrative-territorial unit of the Nizhny Novgorod Territory , which existed in 1929 - 1930 . The administrative center is the city of Sharya .

The Sharya district was formed July 15, 1929 as part of the Nizhny Novgorod region.

On July 30, 1930, the Sharya district , like most other districts of the USSR , was abolished. Its areas were transferred directly to the Nizhny Novgorod Territory .
