Shipping order is an economic legal term denoting a document in which the buyer under a specific supply contract indicates the consignees to whom the supplier should ship the goods .
Thus, the civil legislation of the Russian Federation [1] provides that in the case where the supply agreement provides for the right of the buyer to give the supplier instructions for the shipment (transfer) of goods to recipients (shipping orders), the goods are shipped (transferred) by the supplier to the recipients indicated in the shipping order. The contents of the shipping order and the time it is sent by the buyer to the supplier are determined by the contract. If the deadline for sending the delivery order is not provided for by the contract, it must be sent to the supplier no later than thirty days before the start of the delivery period.
