Having won the bronze medals of the Second League in the 2007–2008 season, the team entered the First League . According to the results of their first championship in the major league of French football, the team took 13th place and reached the semifinals of the French Cup. However, in the next season of 2009-2010, the team began to show very weak results, without gaining a single point in the first 12 rounds, thereby repeating the Manchester United anti-record of 1930-31 [2] . Taking the last place, the team again ended up in the Second League , where it showed a similar result in 2010-2011. The financial problems that started at the club were never resolved by the management, as a result of which the club was declared bankrupt and deprived of the status of a professional team. In the season 2011-2012. GF38 performs in Group E of the Second League of the Amateur Championship of France .
