Career
Barry Hawkins became a professional in 1996.
In the 2004/05 season, he first reached the quarter finals of the ranking tournament - ( Wales Championship ). In the same season, he several times participated in the 1/8 finals and, as a result, for the first time took a place in the Top 32.
In 2005, Hawkins made at that time the highest break for himself in the Grand Prix tournament (145 points), and then reached the semifinals.
