Fröhlich syndrome

Fröhlich syndrome is a disorder in the function of the hypothalamus (part of the brain ) caused by damage to the nuclei of the hypothalamus , which are responsible for regulating the appetite and hypothalamic nuclei, in which gonadoliberines produce hormones that stimulate the production of the hormones lutropin and follitropin in the pituitary gland . In the absence or reduced amount of lyutropin and follitropin, there is no stimulation of the production of hormones of the sex glands , and ultimately a failure of the function of the sex glands. In both sexes, the development of the skeleton , which is formed according to the eunuchoid type, is disturbed: tall, long limbs whose span exceeds growth by several centimeters.
