Boris Arsenievich Roginsky (born June 30, 1972 , Leningrad ) is a Russian philosopher and writer. The son of Arseny Roginsky and Natalia Roginsky.

He graduated from the Russian State Pedagogical University. Herzen . Candidate of Philosophy (the theme of the dissertation is “The Aesthetics of the Tragic of Alfred Hitchcock ”). He teaches Russian language and literature [1] and English at the St. Petersburg Classical Gymnasium .
Since 1998, regularly published in the journal Zvezda : critical articles under his own name [2] , essays on literature, co-authored with Igor Bulatovsky , under the common pseudonym Rhine Karasti [3] (some of them were included in the collection “The Man Behind the Curtain” ", 2004).
In 2006, together with Marina Zhezhelenko published the book "The World of Alfred Hitchcock." The second part of the book, written by Roginsky, provides a detailed analysis of the films “39 Steps” and “Dizziness” [4] .
Prepared for publication a complete collection of poems by Roald Mandelstam (2006) [5] .
In 2011, he published an essay book on contemporary literature, cinema, photography and a competition of historical works by high school students “Man in History. Russia. XX century. "
He also appears in the press with human rights journalism.
