USS Mugford (DD-389)
DD 389 Mugford (United States Ship Magford ) is an American Bagley type destroyer.
Laid down at the Boston Navy Yard shipyard on October 28, 1935 . Launched on October 31, 1936 , entered service on August 16, 1937 .
He participated on July 1, 1946 and July 25, 1946 during atomic bomb tests near the Bikini Atoll. It was withdrawn to the reserve on August 29, 1946 .
Flooded near Kwajalein Island on March 22, 1948 . From the U.S. Navy on April 5, 1948 .
