MPS House (Chugun-2 Station) is a street-type settlement settlement in the Left-Bank District of Lipetsk . It is located 1.6 km northwest of the village of New Life along the Gryazi - Yelets railway line near the Chugun-2 station.

In Lipetsk, houses of the Ministry of Railways (MPS), which do not belong to any of the city streets, are also located in the vicinity of the Lipetsk and Kazinka railway stations.
The settlement consists of seven one-story residential buildings. A forest zone surrounds it from the north and west, and a swamp from the east. On the south side, the industrial zone of TPP-2 adjoins the station.
