Story
The film takes place in the fall of 1989 (as well as the shooting). In a coastal town, when an attack on collectors , a policeman who came from Moscow to investigate a series of such armed attacks is killed. A friend of the deceased, Major Rovnin ( Vladimir Kuznetsov ), arrives from Moscow in order to investigate the matter.
During the investigation, it turns out that the arrival of a Moscow specialist was clearly a hindrance to someone. Only two knew about the arrival: the head of the criminal investigation department ( Andrey Boltnev ) and lieutenant Lozova ( Irina Tsyvina ).
