Grokh ( Arm. Գրող, Groł - “writing”, “recording” ) - in Armenian mythology, the spirit of death , a form of the spirit of death of Ogear [1] . The main function of Grokh was considered to be taking into account the sins and good deeds of people.
Description
The groh on the forehead of a person at birth records his fate (which Baht determines); throughout his life, Grokh notes in his book his sins and good deeds, which should be communicated at God's Judgment .
Sometimes Grokh was identified with tsaver - spirits of illness.
