Wheel support trolleys can be made of the following materials: rubber , polyamide , polyurethane . The surface coating of the wheel can be either rubber or made of polyurethane. According to their functional qualities, the wheel bearings can be rotary or not. The most common combination of these two types of wheels, which gives more maneuverability and handling.

The loading capacity of the platform fold of the trolley is in the range from 150 to 750 kg. This factor, of course, is influenced by the type of trolley and the type of wheels, and it, in turn, dictates the dimensions of the trolley itself, and therefore the dimensions of the goods. The most common value of this indicator: 300-400 kg.

Additional design features of the trolleys include sides and handles. The need for these solutions is determined by the area of ​​use of the platform trolley. Mesh sides, for example, will allow you to transport without loss a large number of small loads.
