Biography
In 1933 he emigrated from the Third Reich . In 1938 he fled from Czechoslovakia to Sweden, received citizenship in 1946.
For a long time, he joined the “ new left ” movement. He was a member of the Left Party - the Communists .
In 1982 he became the winner of the George Buchner Prize .
