Lilian Solomonovna Malkina (born July 14, 1938 , Tallinn ) is a Soviet, Russian and Czech theater and film actress.

Biography
From childhood, she attended the drama club, where Vladimir Korenev , Larisa Luzhina , Vitaly Konyaev studied with her.
In 1960 she graduated from the Leningrad Theatrical Institute. A. Ostrovsky and became an actress of the Tallinn Russian Drama Theater. Then she changed a lot of theaters in Leningrad and Moscow:
- in 1964–1966 - Drama and Comedy Theater “On the Foundry” (Leningrad);
- in 1966-1967 - the regional philharmonic;
- in 1968–1970 - Moscow amicable theater “Buffoon”;
- 1970-1971 - Moscow Theater of Drama and Comedy on Taganka ;
- in 1972-1980 - Leningrad Academic Theater of Comedy. N. Akimova ;
- 1980–1984 - Leningrad Theater. Lensoveta;
- 1984-1992 - Leningrad State Theater "Experiment".
In all theaters, Lilian Malkina was densely occupied in the repertoire, played sharp, comedic roles.
In the movie was shot rarely, played mostly episodic roles. The most notable works are: Grandmother ( “Attention, the tortoise!” ), Frida (“ Island of the lost ships ”), Old nun (“Rouen maiden nicknamed Pyshka”), Pobiyayo (“ White clothes ”), Ethel (“By the name of Baron” ).
One of Lillian’s favorite actresses is Faina Ranevskaya , with whom she was well acquainted.
Since 1992, he has been living and working in Prague ( Czech Republic ), has starred in European cinema and Czech television series, plays in five theaters at the same time.
Recognition and rewards
In the Czech Republic, the actress gained popularity after taking part in the film “Nick,” which won the Academy Award in 1997.
Prize IV festival of television films "Sporah" in Arkhangelsk for the best performance of female supporting roles in the series "By the name of Baron" (2003).
The documentary “Pani Malkina - Czech Ranevskaya” (2008, director Sergey Kapkov ) is dedicated to the life and creativity of Lilian Malkina.
