Germany filed a protest against the national team of Bohemia , which was part of Austria-Hungary , from which the Austrian team already played. But since there were so few participants at the championship and the Bohemian game was very popular, the Germans' complaint was never accepted. The Austrian national team was again represented by the DEHG Prague club, which was based on German hockey players. The Austrians, who are more accustomed to ball hockey , can’t get used to Canadian hockey [2] .

For the first time in its history, the Belgian national team became the European champion. Largely thanks to Maurice Depre , who scored 7 goals and became the top scorer of the tournament. Also included in the Belgians was Henry van den Bulke , the then president of LIHG [1] .
