By the way, these are our bombs that hit the headquarters of General von Kleist near Mozdok. It seems that in time it bombed N. Khudyakov. ... Nina Khudyakova. Strongly knocked down, strong girl, who flied recklessly and courageously. She was not shy about expressing her attitude to our life. Didn’t she cry to the infantry on the front lines that it was time for them to advance ... (see Rakobolskaya I., Kravtsova N. “We were called night witches. So the female 46th Guards regiment of night bombers fought.” 2nd edition, supplemented. - M .: Publishing house of Moscow State University, 2005).
“Khudyakova was able to educate innovators, creators of excellence, quickly picked up their thoughts. In such cases, she went to the engineer, commander of the regiment, did everything to ensure that sensible proposals were not pickled, but quickly implemented. Antonina Fedorovna not only knew tactics and navigational business well. She in detail imagined the features of the work of motorists, gunsmiths, instrument-takers, mechanics. Apparently, her technical education affected. As soon as the girls made any rationalization proposal, Antonina Fedorovna was immediately informed about it.
“Go to Khudyakova,” the techniques of the young innovator were directed.
Antonina Fedorovna was very fond of reflecting on a diagram or a drawing, reflecting on what success the new invention promises the regiment. She encouraged that creative spirit, thanks to which new control measuring equipment, very convenient brackets for illuminating devices, fail-safe locks-holders, carts for transporting bombs to airplanes often appeared in the regiment ... All these inventions were usually the fruit of the work of the whole team, but without Khudyakova it’s rarely cost. "
