Anton Aleksandrovich Shagin (born April 2, 1984 , Kimry , Kalinin Region , RSFSR , USSR ) is a Russian theater and film actor. Laureate of prizes of the President of the Russian Federation ( 2017 ) and the Government of the Russian Federation ( 2011 ).

Biography

Anton Shagin was born on April 2, 1984 in the city of Kimry, Kalinin region. He spent his childhood in the city of Karachev ( Bryansk region ), where his grandfather, Yuri Konstantinovich Gorshkov, moved him at the age of eight months. He studied at the school of S. M. Kirov. Before school, Anton bore the surname Gorshkov (Shagin - the name of the stepfather) [1] . When Anton was 14 years old, his mother died. After the 9th grade I went to study at a vocational school as a toolmaker. Participated in amateur performances. After graduating from vocational school , after working for one year, he went to Moscow to enter the Moscow Art Theater School.

In 2006 he graduated from the Moscow Art Theater School-Studio (course of I. Zolotovitsky and S. Zemtsov ).

From 2006 to 2009 - actor of the Russian Academic Youth Theater . Since 2009 - actor of the Moscow State Theater Lenkom .

He is fond of poetry .

Personal life

Married to classmate Veronika Isaeva. Children: son Matvey (2008), daughter Polina (2014) [1]
