Xbox Live ( trademark of Xbox LIVE [1] ) is a network service that is deeply integrated into the operating system of the Xbox series consoles, opening up wide multimedia opportunities for the user. The service first became available since 2002. An updated version of the service became available for the Xbox 360 console when this system was launched in 2005. In 2007, the service was expanded for Windows, called Games for Windows - Live, which makes most aspects of the system available on computers running Windows. Microsoft announced plans to expand the Live service so that other platforms such as PDAs and mobile phones become part of Live Anywhere. With the new Microsoft mobile operating system, Windows Phone, Xbox Live is fully integrated into the new Windows phones launched in late 2010.
