It stands on the right bank of the river Beautiful Swords . A little lower stream on the same shore is the village of Beautiful Sword.
Apparently, a settlement arose from the village of Tyutchevo , which was formerly called Inshakovo . Hence the name of the village. In the documents of 1782, the village of Inshakovo and the village of Malaya Inshakovka are mentioned at the same time [2] .
