The village is located on the highway P151 "Yaroslavl - Tutaev - Rybinsk . " The village adjoins the village of Nekrasovo . From the village there are roads: to the village of Mikhailovsky on the Volga and further to Norskoye ; to the village of Kobylino . To the south and southeast of the village flows the river Bereznyak , the right tributary of the Volga.

History

On April 7, 1609, near the village, which was then called Yegoryevskoye, a militia battle took place under the command of Voivode Nikita Vysheslavtsev with the Polish-Lithuanian troops, head of the Polish garrison in Yaroslavl, Pan Tyszkiewicz . The interventionists were defeated and left Yaroslavl occupied by them. [1] [2] In honor of the 400th anniversary of this event in 2009, a monument was installed in the village, which is a boulder with a sign. [3] [4]

The Orthodox Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary was built in 1809. There were 10 villages in the parish: Grigoryevskoye, Adryukino , Brashno , Negodyaevo , Scheglevskoye , Dulovo , Yamino , Nekrasovo , Shelomovo , Kipelki . Acting.
