Story

In an abandoned village away from the urban bustle, electricity and radio are a few old women. Male attention, except for the tricks of Mikolka (Sergey Makarov), the local shepherd with Down syndrome , the ladies are not spoiled. And indeed the rest of the world seems to have simply forgotten about them. Only occasionally a non-paid relative from the capital will call in for the next funeral, a soldier who has gone to AWOL will go for moonshine or a tank will rush off from a nearby test site and will smash the house into pieces. Suddenly, a family of refugees from Central Asia comes to a deaf village for permanent residence (in the film they speak Uzbek , although the girl sings a children's song in Tajik , in various annotations to the film, the family is counted among Uzbeks and then as Tajiks ). Visitors start a farm and arrange their lives, which is not always like the natives of the village.

The film has a lot of foul language .
