Description
According to the signs of fruiting bodies, it is very similar to the common boletus ( Leccinum scabrum ).
The hat is mottled, dirty brown.
The pulp is white, on the cut it turns pink, in the leg pink and turquoise.
The tubular layer is gray-blue with white or cream pores.
The leg is white, in the lower part it is usually with a light blue tint, covered with gray scales.
Spore powder ocher-brown, spores 14.5 × 5 μm , almost fusiform.
