Tsuguhiko Kozuka ( Japanese: 塚 嗣 嗣 彦 Kodzuka Tsuguhiko , born November 6, 1946 ) is a Japanese male figure skater , three - time champion of Japan in figure skating . [1] He represented Japan at the 1968 Winter Olympics , where he took 18th place.

He currently works as a judge in the ISU and as a trainer. [2] Among the students of Tsuguhiko Kozuki is his son, the skater Takahiko Kozuka .
