When installing Sippoint Mini, a new user does not need to go through the standard registration stage on the Sipnet network - the system itself creates a new account and assigns a personal SIP ID to the subscriber. After quick registration, the subscriber will already have 1 cu on his account, that is, he can immediately call and check the quality of communication before replenishing the account.
The Sippoint Mini softphone interface also displays:
- dual-screen mode (on the phone’s display and in a separate window), picture-in-picture using PiP (picture-in-picture) technology;
- call statistics;
- current table of free directions.

Error Messages
The most common error messages and their possible causes:
- Too many failed authorizations - the wrong SIP ID and / or the wrong password was specified in the program settings.
- No such number was found - the telephone number or SIP ID of the called subscriber was entered incorrectly or the SIP subscriber is now “offline”.
- The subscriber is not registered - perhaps in the tariff settings an application was made with unrealistic parameters.
- Unable to establish a connection - the required codec was disabled in the program settings.
- Unable to connect or register with the old login - The primary account (after quick registration) has the status of “Test access”. If within 30 days from the date of registration you have not replenished your account, the primary account is deleted. It is not possible to re-register with the same login.
