Sotakon ( Jap. シ ョ タ コ ン ) is a manga and anime genre depicting romantic and sexual relationships involving little boys. [1] It is conventionally divided into a satakon and a straight-satakon (homosexual and heterosexual relations, respectively). Compared with Lolicon, it is less popular. [2]
Unlike “ yaoya ” and “ syonen- ay”, the target audience of the hawk is men, mostly the so-called “ boylovers ” (“boy” is a boy, a young man; “love” is a love), and not girls and women, therefore less focused on sensual and dramatic moments, and more focused on the physiological, although there is no plot line between the sytacon and yaoi (there are some law-making works that are sustained in the traditional yanoi style). Even more blurred is the boundary between sotakon and syonen-ayem.
A very frequent theme of outdoor work is boys dressing and acting like girls. To describe such works, the term English is used. crossdressing ( jap. 女装 jyсо , literally: dressing a woman) .
History
The term orthocon is derived from the expression “the Sötaro complex” ( Jap. 正 太郎 コ ン プ レ ッ ッ ク ス sho: ta ro: com peréekkusu ) . [3] Sötaro is a young character in the manga Tetsujin 28-go . [4] The name is often abbreviated simply to the score ( shot ).
In 2008, due to numerous scandals with users, the administration of LiveJournal , a platform for posting online diaries ( blogs ), introduced new rules according to which child pornography ceased to be drawings, including laytocon and lolicon. [5] [6]
