The designer Chernov Boris Valentinovich is developed by the company “Seaplane”, the first flight was made in 1986. The seaplane is designed for sea and river patrolling, transportation of passengers, mail, cargo, baggage. Designed for the flight of one pilot and two passengers with a load of 50 kg.
Since 1993 it is produced by the Silver Wings company under the name Corvette. [1] For 2019, production of ~ 90 vehicles is announced. The same company produces land versions of the aircraft under the names "Cicada" and SK-04. [2] [3] For 2019, the release of ~ 21 vehicles is announced.
Since 2005, the release of a copy of the Che-22 has been launched in Vietnam under the name VNS-41 .

Accidents and Disasters
- June 20, 1996 at 18 hours 40 minutes local time in the Kaliningrad Gulf in the area of the yacht club the accident of the Che-22 No. 02508 FLA plane of the Russian Federation under the control of the PIC of the pilot instructor of the Samara FLA E. Shisterov [4] occurred.
- June 16, 1998 at 12.25 p.m. (GMT) in simple weather conditions on take-off there was an accident without human casualties with a Che-22 airplane No. 02593 FLA RF. On board were 3 people (FAC and 2 crew members) [5] .
- On August 21, 2010 , near the village of Medveditskoye, Kimrsky District, Tver Region, when taking off from the Volga River , the four-seater Che-22 seaplane fell and sank. As a result of the accident, a pilot died, three passengers were rescued, including his young son. [6]
- August 15, 2002. Rostov zone of the EU ATM. Seaplane Che-22, PIC Baburin, callsign No. 02930, GA (FLA). It flew 40 km south of Astrakhan after the application, without notice to the ATS unit (TIR Astrakhan). During the flight crashed, the FAC and two passengers died.
- May 26, 2013 at 20:50 Moscow time near the Belevtsi airfield in the Dinsky district of the Krasnodar Territory, the crash of the Ch-22 aircraft occurred. A flyer was sold for the flight, but according to the owners of the airfield, the flight was not authorized. The owner of the plane and two passengers died. [7]
