Biography

From 1971 he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR ( Leningrad , Trans-Baikal and Odessa military districts, Group of Soviet Forces in Germany ) as deputy company commander for political affairs, propagandist, secretary of party committee of motorized rifle regiment, deputy commander for political division, deputy commander for political division - Head of the political department of the division.

In 1989 - 1991 - seconded to the Party Control Committee under the CPSU Central Committee .

In the years 1991 - 1993 - Head of the Faculty, Head of the Personnel Department of the Humanitarian Academy of the Armed Forces (b. V. Lenin Military-Political Academy ).

In 1993 - 1997 - Head of the Directorate General of Personnel and Military Education of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation .

In 1997 - 1999 - Head of the Office of the Security Council of the Russian Federation .

In 1999 - 2000 - Head of Department - Deputy Head of the Main Personnel Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

In 2000 - 2002 - First Deputy Chief of Personnel Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

From June 22, 2002 to 2007 - Head of the Main Directorate of Educational Work of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Since 2007 - Advisor to the Minister of Defense of Russia.

He died on December 23, 2008 in the hospital. Vishnevsky after a month in a coma. Colonel-General Nikolai Reznik was beaten by unknown criminals armed with baseball bats while he was at his own summer cottage. [one]

He was married, two children (son and daughter).
