In 2009, on the basis of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 8, 2009 No. 480-p (inaccessible link) ; Order of the Federal Agency for Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of April 29, 2009 No. 461 (inaccessible link) and order of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom of May 7, 2009 No. 308. History
The South Ural Polytechnic was established on the basis of the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR No. 4636-1813 of December 17, 1948 with the aim of training specialists for staffing the existing and under construction Mayak chemical plant. In 1995, on the basis of the Order of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy No. 261 of July 19, the technical school received college status.
Training
