Awarding grounds
The honorary title is awarded to citizens:
- for special services to the Kemerovo region;
- for the shown heroism, courage, courage and courage;
- for increasing the authority of the Kemerovo region, achieving significant results in the socio-economic development of the Kemerovo region, cultural, scientific and other spheres of public life.
During the year, no more than five people may be awarded [1] .
Award Order
Applications for conferring an honorary title are sent to the governor of the Kemerovo region.
The governor, within one month from the date of receipt of the application for conferring the title and the award list, makes a decision on the conferment of the honorary title “Honorary Citizen of the Kemerovo Region”, or sends a motivated refusal to reward the initiator of the award, and also sends a submission on the conferment of the honorary title “Honorary Citizen of the Kemerovo Region »To the Council of People’s Deputies of the Kemerovo Region .
The decision to award the title is made by the Council of People’s Deputies of the Kemerovo Region in the form of a decision subject to official publication, or a motivated refusal to award the award to the initiator is sent.
Breastplate
The badge is a silver medallion of the 925th test of round shape with a diameter of 43 mm, formed by beams of diverging rays.
Gilded pointed corrugated beams of rays alternate with beams of three-color rays framed by gilded sides. Three-color rays protrude beyond the circumference of the sign by 2 mm and consist of three strips 1.5 mm wide, coated with enamel in white, black, and green.
On the front side in the center of the sign is a patch figured medallion with a gilded relief image of the coat of arms of the Kemerovo region in the center, covered with white enamel and framed by a gilded side.
The sign with the help of an eye and a ring is connected to a rectangular block 14 mm high and 35 mm wide with frames in the upper and lower parts.
Along the base of the block are enamel strips: white - 5 mm high, with the inscription "Honorary Citizen", black - 2 mm wide, green - 5 mm wide, with the inscription "Kemerovo region."
On the back of the pads is a device for attaching to clothing.
The mark has a number located on the back of the mark.
