Geography
The farm is located in the eastern part of the Giaginsky district , on the left bank of the Chekhrak River. Located 4.5 km east of the center of the village is the village of Dondukovskaya , 29 km south-east of the district center - the village of Giaginskaya and 48 km northeast of the city of Maykop .
The area of the farm is 1.07 km 2 , which accounts for 0.83% of the total area of the rural settlement.
The nearest settlements: Ignatievsky in the south, Dondukovskaya in the west, Nechaevsky in the northwest and Koshekhable in the east.
The village is located on the Zakuban inclined plain, in the transition from the plain to the foothill zone of the republic. Average heights in the farm are 164 meters above sea level. The terrain is mainly foothill undulating plains, with various hilly-tuberous and mound hills and with a general slope from the south-west to north-east. The river valleys are indented by beams and depressions.
The hydrographic network is mainly represented by the Chekhrak River, in the valley of which various reservoirs are located.
The climate is mild and temperate, with hot summers and cool winters. The average annual air temperature is positive and amounts to about + 11.5 ° С. The average monthly air temperature in July reaches + 23.0 ° С. The average monthly temperature in January is about 0 ° C. The average annual rainfall is about 720 mm. Most precipitation falls from May to July.
