Origins of the organization

In October 1940, Ivan Yatsuk and Yuri Shokk , senior pupils of school No. 1 in the city of Jalal-Abad, organized a circle called True Communists, which was joined by other tenth graders. Ivan Yatsuk , Yuri Shokk , Alexander Yelin , Shamil Gubaidulin and Kamil Salakhutdinov , who formed the core of the circle, considered the regime established by Stalin in the USSR as counter-revolutionary and set themselves the task of combating the activities of the party and government in order to return to Marxism, which was not perverted by the personality cult . From here their self-name came.

By social origin, Ivan Yatsuk and Alexander Yelin were from peasants, Shamil Gubaidulin and Kamil Salakhutdinov from families of employees, and Yuri Shokk from a family of workers. At the same time, Shokka's father was repressed in 1937, and his mother was expelled from Leningrad in 1938.

Organization Activities

The circle began to hold meetings where not only certain events of the All - Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) and the government were discussed, the activities of the group were planned, but the classics of Marxism were also studied. The circle gradually involved school students in its activities, however, after the release and distribution of "anti-Soviet" leaflets, on December 19, 1940, Ivan Yatsuk, Yuri Shokk and Alexander Elin were arrested. Shamil Gubaidulin was arrested four days later, the last to be detained was Kamil Salakhutdinov - on January 26, 1941.
