Fes Bulman ( Arabic: فاس بولمان , Ǧihâtu Fās-Būlmān) is one of the sixteen provinces of Morocco . Located in the north of the country. Territory 19 795 km². Population 1,573,055 (2004 census). The administrative center is the city of Fez .
