Lipetsk Cold Storage Complex is an Lipetsk enterprise producing ice cream. One of the largest producers of ice cream in Russia [1] . The full name is Open Joint Stock Company Lipetsk Cold Storage Plant .

History
For the first time in Lipetsk, the production of ice cream was launched in 1980 , when a factory was opened with a capacity of 20 tons of ice cream per day. In 1997 they introduced a new production line - “ Stretline ”. At the beginning of the 2000s, the company began working under the ISO 9001 standard .
Now the Lipetsk Cold Storage Plant produces and sells a little more than 4 thousand tons of ice cream. In 2012, 2 branches were opened in Voronezh and Krasnodar. In February 2014, it was decided to close the branch in Krasnodar, which was scheduled for May 2014.
Earlier, the general director and chairman of the Board of Directors was Mikhail Dmitrievich Afanasyev, an honorary citizen of Lipetsk [2] .
