Nosatenko, Peter Yakovlevich

He was born on January 5, 1959 in the village of Lozovskaya, Slavianoserbsky district, Voroshilovgrad region (currently - Lugansk region ).

Graduated from N.E. Bauman Moscow State Technical University (1981) and full-time postgraduate studies at MAMI (1984). Candidate of physico-mathematical sciences (1984) ^[2] , associate professor (1990), doctor of technical sciences (2011).

Advisor to the Russian Academy of Missile and Artillery Sciences (inaccessible link) (2005) for the scientific department “Problems of the development of the military-industrial complex, basic technologies and dual-use technologies, operation and disposal of weapons and military equipment”.

In JSC "VPK" NPO Mashinostroyeniya " ^[3] he worked in various positions from engineer to head of the research department of vibration and heat resistance (1992-1999), from 1991 to 1999 he served as deputy general designer (until 1992), deputy general Director for bench test base and strength, as well as for the creation of the Strela space rocket complex (since 1997).

Since 1999 - Deputy, since April 2002 - First Deputy General Director - Deputy General Designer. Until 2011 - Member of the Board of Directors of the Perm Plant Mashinostroitel Open Joint-Stock Company ( Perm ), Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ural Research Institute of Composite Materials Open Joint-Stock Company ( Perm ).

In June 2011, he joined the Comet Special Purpose Space Systems Corporation joint-stock company as a deputy general director for Comet Corporation JSC for thematic work.

Married, has two daughters.
