Josep Vila i Casanias ( Cat. Josep Vila i Casañas ; born 1966 , Sabadal ) - Spanish conductor and composer.
He studied music at the conservatories of Sabadal and Badalona , studied conducting at the Barcelona Conservatory with Salvador Mas , in 1995 - 1996 . completed vocational education in Sweden. Founded ( 1990 ) in Sabadal, the choir Lieder Camera and is its permanent leader. In 1991 - 1995 was the main conductor of the Barcelona Coral Sarmina choir, founded by Jordi Casas . Since 1998 , he has been heading the Barcelona Catalan Orpheus Choir.
