Bukharov, Alexander Sergeevich

Alexander Bukharov was born on February 10, 1975 in the city of Labinsk, Krasnodar Territory . Father is a builder, mother is a nurse in a hospital. He spent his childhood in Irkutsk ^{[2] [3]} .

By his own admission, Alexander did not study well at school, participated in street fights. After the eighth grade of high school, he wanted to go to vocational school to get a working profession as a tiler- installer, but at the last moment changed his mind and decided to apply to the Irkutsk Theater School with his friend, which he graduated in 1994 with honors (course V. Kokorin, V . Muzzle). Having received secondary vocational education , he went to Moscow to receive higher education ^{[2] [3] [4] [5]} .

In 1998 he graduated from the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography named after S. A. Gerasimov (VGIK) (acting course of Evgeny Kindinov and Mikhail Lobanov ), after which he was accepted into the troupe of the Moscow Drama Theater under the direction of Armen Dzhigarkhanyan .

His film career began with episodic roles. The first major role was played in the film by Nikolai Lebedev " Wolfhound from the clan of the Gray Dogs " (2006). For the role of a warrior nicknamed " Wolfhound " Bukharov was specially involved in sports, he lost a lot of weight. Although the film was negatively evaluated by critics, it was important in the career of Bukharov. After Wolfhound, the actor was often invited to the cinema for the main roles, mainly in adventure films such as The Servant of the Sovereigns (2007) and Lord Officers: Save the Emperor (2008).

Personal life

Alexander Bukharov is married to actress Elena Medvedeva (born October 30, 1971), the couple raise their son Dmitry.
