Mani ( dr.-isl. Máni - "month") - in the Norse mythology personification of the month . Brother Sol (of the sun ), son of Mundilfari . He brings up two terrestrial children - Bil and Hjuki (possibly, spots on the moon ). Manages the course of the stars . According to the Younger Edda , Mani will be consumed by a wolf on the day of Ragnarok .
