Kommunar is one of the first Soviet tracked tractors of the Kharkov Locomotive Plant , developed on the basis of the popular German tractor Hanomag WD Z 50. It operated not only in the national economy, but also in the Red Army as an artillery tractor .

The remains of a tractor operated by the OGPU Vaigach expedition in 1933 remained on Vaigach Island. [one]
The tractor from Vaigach was taken out. He is currently under restoration. Photos as of April 2019.
