Vladimir Emanuilovich Receptor [1] (born February 14, 1935 , Odessa ) is a Soviet and Russian actor , director and writer , Pushkinist . People's Artist of the Russian Federation ( 2003 ), Laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation ( 2000 ) and Prizes of the President of the Russian Federation ( 2018 ). Member of the All-Russian Theater Society (1960), the Union of Writers of the USSR (1979) and the Union of Cinematographers of the USSR . Member of the editorial board of Theater Life magazine, member of the Union of Writers of St. Petersburg and the International PEN Club .

Biography

Vladimir Receptor was born in Odessa. Father - Emanuel Abramovich the Receptor, a Soviet personnel officer, cavalry officer, member of the CPSU; after demobilization from the army in various administrative positions. Mother - Elizaveta Abramovna Dvorkina, historian, candidate of historical sciences, student of academician M.V. Nechkina .

He graduated from the philological department of the Central Asian University in Tashkent (1957) and the acting department of the Tashkent Theater and Art Institute (1960). Since 1959, he performed on the stage of the Tashkent Russian Drama Theater named after M. Gorky, the main director of which was then A. O. Ginzburg [2] , gained fame thanks to the play “ Hamlet ” by A. Mikhailov, with which he toured a lot, including in Moscow , and in 1962 he was invited to the Leningrad Bolshoi Drama Theater . Since 1964 he acted in films, staged a number of solo performances based on Shakespeare , Pushkin , Griboedov , Irakli Abashidze and his plays. Artistic director of the literary and drama (Pushkin) Lenconcert studio, in the museum of Fyodor Dostoevsky (1977-1984), since 1992 founder and permanent artistic director of the State Pushkin Theater Center in St. Petersburg and the Pushkin School Theater (since 2006).

It is published as a poet, prose writer and essayist in the magazines: “Youth” (Verses - 1988, No. 10), “Star” (Verses - 1994, No. 8), “Consent” (1994, No. 1-2), “Banner” ( 1996, No. 9), "NM" (Poems - 1997, No. 3), "Spark" (1990, No. 13). Conducts research in the field of Pushkin studies; prepared the publication "The Return of Pushkin's" Mermaid "" (St. Petersburg, 1997). He published his memoirs: “Goodbye, BDT! From the notes of a theatrical renegade ”-“ The Banner ”, 1996, No. 11. The play“ The Great Tragedian Edmund Kin ”was staged by the Riga Youth Theater (1990, directed by Adolf Shapiro ), the play“ Peter and Alexei ”by the Pskov Theater. A.S. Pushkin (1994, dir. V.
